The first step
toward securing a mortgage loan is to collect the information
needed to complete a loan application. Providing complete and
accurate information will permit us to process the loan with
greater speed and accuracy.
Most
loans application require only the following information from you:
- Most
recent pay stub(s) covering a 30-day period and showing
year-to-date income
- All
W-2 and/or 1099 forms for the past 2 years
- Last
two month's personal bank statements
This following
checklist itemizes information and documentation that MAY be
needed to process mortgage loans. We may ask for further
documentation if, and only if required by government agencies or
investors.
PERSONAL

EMPLOYMENT

address and phone number of all employers for the past 2
years

limited to installment loans, car loans, credit cards,
student loans, etc.

residence and rental properties

support, alimony or maintenance information
MISCELLANEOUS
